Where any of these services involves an international data transfer, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Details of personal data processing are set out in the privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

All website content — texts, dish photography, menus, logos, trade marks, trade names, graphic design, source code and databases — belongs to the site owner or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the owner. Accessing the site grants the user no rights over that content.
